40 more sleeps

With my trip edging closer I thought it would be time to divulge some of the plans that have been made so far. Though nothing is set in stone, save for 2 brief tours near the end of July, I do have some kind of idea as to all the places I would anticipate seeing while I am away. I wish that I had more time to go everywhere that I wanted but unfortunately cuts had to be made or else things would go at a ridiculous pace.

I will now clarify some of the more basic points. These are the most popular questions to date:

When do you leave? June 28/10

When do you come home? Beginning of October

Are you going to Greece? No!

Are you going with anyone? No, though I will try to meet up with my friend Carlos from Spain at some point.

Are you doing any tours? Yes. Thanks to some great advice from Tash, I am doing two short tour things. One goes from Prague to Budapest and the other is a sailing trip off the coast of Croatia.

Is everyone on the two tours going to be Australian? It appears that way yes *grave sinking feeling ensues*

Aren't you worried about get robbed or lost? I would be lying if I said I did not have some apprehension considering I am still able to find ways to get lost in Vancouver. Mountains...into town, River Rock...out of town. However, these are all part of the travel experience and I do not think anything could be worse than the first time I went to Montreal, that was a miserable day that I have desire to relive.

Are you staying in Hostels? Yep. I also will be taking some very lovely camping stuff that the wonderful people at Mountain Magic in South Surrey helped me pick out. They have been a great help.

There have been many more questions posed, but those I think are a good start. Yes I am being vague a bit with my plans right now but I will include more information when my travels begin.
